What we do with what you send.
Short version: we use it to answer you and prepare your review, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, store, email, phone, state and notes.
- Statements and documents you email or text us for a review or an application.
- Basic web server logs (address, browser and pages visited), kept for security and to keep the site running.
The calculator, state map and signage kit run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare your statement review and quote.
- If you apply, to set up your merchant account with our processing partner, which has its own privacy policy.
- To follow up about your review. You can tell us to stop at any time.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not ask for, or want, customers' card numbers.
- We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Keeping it safe
This site is served over HTTPS. Statements are kept only as long as we need them for your review or account, and you can ask us to delete yours.
